We recommend that you have your septic tank pumped every 2 to 3 years.  Why, you may ask?  Regular maintenance is vital to a well performing septic system.  If left neglected, the system could backup into household drains.  There is also sludge that collects inside the tank.  If too much sludge builds, it can enter the drain field and clog pipes.  When this happens, excess water may rise to the surface and make for an unpleasant surprise.
